The Office of the Registrar works closely with students, faculty, and academic departments to ensure efficient academic operations starting from admission up to graduation. It acts as a key link between academic departments and administrative offices to support effective coordination and implementation of the Institute’s policies.
The key services provided by the Office of Registrar are as follows:
Maintaining accurate and secure academic records, including transcripts, grades, enrollment history, and degree completion data.
Overseeing course registration processes and ensuring students are enrolled in required courses each semester.
Scheduling, preparing, and maintaining the Academic Calendar (outlining key dates such as commencement and end of semester, examination week, and holidays), and the teaching schedule.
Enforcing university academic regulations and policies that govern student registration, attendance, examinations, grading, academic progression, and degree requirements. Any updates or revisions to academic policies are communicated to students, faculty, and staff in a timely manner.
Coordinating exam schedules, collecting and processing grades, verifying results, and ensuring timely publication of official academic outcomes.
Conducting graduation audits to confirm students have met all degree requirements and issuing official transcripts, degree parchments, and providing academic record verification services to both current and former students.
Bona fide Letters/ Hope Certificate: Student can apply directly online through Campus Connect.
Transcript and Consolidated Marksheet request: The student can apply directly online through Campus Connect.
