Examinations at SITE

The Office of the Registrar coordinates all examination activities at SITE, ensuring fair, transparent, and well-organized assessment processes for all students.

Examination Types

• Mid-Term Examinations — Conducted at the midpoint of each semester
• Final Examinations — Conducted at the end of each semester
• Practical Assessments — For laboratory and field-based courses
• Research Presentations — For M.Phil. thesis and B.Ed. action research projects

Examination Rules

• Students must carry their valid student ID card to all examinations
• Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted in examination halls
• Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before the examination begins
• Late entry may not be permitted after 30 minutes of examination start
• Any form of cheating or academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action

Results

Examination results are processed and published by the Office of the Registrar within the timeframe specified in the Academic Calendar. Results are accessible through the Student Portal (Campus Connect).
